I have much to say on this subject, but it'll have to wait. In the meantime, entertain yourself:
Objectivism: the philosophy of Ayn Rand. I consider myself an 80% Objectivist. I fully understand the philosophical criticisms of Ayn Rand, but I really think she nailed a few things. The Objectivist Center is, I think, the best organization promoting her ideas.
Business ethics: Colorado State issued my Business Ethics Certificate, and I think this site is the web's most comprehensive resource on the subject.
