I believe that business is an inherently philosophical pursuit. Rather than having a "job" and a "life", I seek to integrate all aspects of life into a larger plan based on my life's purpose and values.
I can't really state my philosophy of business much better than I did for my firm, Morningstar Consulting Group. I wrote most of the following, and stand by every word:
